In order to make sure we deliver to you exactly what you require please take a moment to review these notes.
When you click on any of the 'Buy Now' buttons on our website you will be taken to a new webpage at paypal.com.
All of our online transactions are done using PayPal as we believe they are secure and reliable for you and for us.
When you have chose the ICEBand that suits you best and have selected to 'Buy Now' you will need to login to paypal. Once you have done this you will see on your screen something similar to the image below.
The area highlighted inred is most important.
You must click on the text that says >> Add special instructions for the Merchant <<
You will then see a small text box appear and that is where you must type the text you want us to inscribe onto your ICEBand, shown in the red highlight box in the image below ...
If you forget to fill out this information we cannot create your personalised ICEBand and this will delay your order as we will have to contact you to get the details.
